Simple Programme

1st Day/

Landing at the Şanlıurfa Gap Southern airport in the morning. Drive to the City Center after the greeting at the airport. Our breakfast, which consists of local tastes. On the breakfast menu unique to Şanlıurfa, which is first presentation of our tour; Urfa Cheese, Braided Cheese, Green and Black Olives, Boiled Chickpeas, Cream-Honey, Buttered egg made of village eggs, Eggplant-Pepper-Tomato Tava* and Pide (Pita) bread which is baked at the street bakeries will be served. After breakfast, we will take a short trip with our culture tour. Drive to Göbeklitepe. Our trip to the world's first temple, Göbeklitepe archaeological site, where the huge T-shaped stelas are displayed and greeting center. Return to the center after our trip. Go shopping for lunch. On our lunch menu; Lebeni, Bostana, Tepsi Kebab, Cacık and Semolina Halva are available. We will make our menu shopping from the Market in the center. Going to our food workshop after shopping. We start cooking together with our chef. This event will take about 3 hours. After the making and cooking time, we prepare our dinner with the service of the foods. After dinner there will be a taste of Çiğ Köfte (Raw Meatballs) ** and Şıllık dessert accompanied by local Urfa music. The accommodation will be in our hotel.

* It is a roasting made of fresh or dried vegetables in season.

** During the tasting service, the recipe of Çiğ Köfte will also be explained.

2nd Day/

After having breakfast in our hotel in the morning, we start our Şanlıurfa center tour. After the trip to Şanlıurfa Museum which is Turkey's largest museum and Haleplibahçe Mosaic Museum depicting Amazon women made of stones of Euphrates river, drive to Balıklıgöl (Pool of Abraham) Plateau. Balıklıgöl (Aynzeliha Lake), Urfa Castle (panoramic), Cave that Prophet Abraham was born, Bakırcılar (Coppersmiths) bazaar, Bedesten trip. Tea-coffee break in Gümrükhan one of the few inns of Turkey. Pilaf made of Karacadağ rice and Borani will be cooked for dinner. Moving to our workshop after shopping. We will make our preparations, which will take about 4 hours for dinner with our chef. Our meal and accommodation are in our hotel.

3rd Day/

Drive to Halfeti after breakfast. Rumkale and Savaşan villages will be visited with the boat trip in Halfeti, which is the place of Karagül, its narrow streets and under the waters of Birecik dam. After our boat trip, shopping for the menu consisting of fruit foods of Halfeti and going to our workshop. After the cooking and tasting service, which will take about 3 hours, we will have the opportunity to taste the wines that are made with grapes unique to the Halfeti region. Return to Şanlıurfa center. Going to Gap airport and end of our tour.
